Welcome to the Buddhi Yoga blog.  This is a community based blog on ideas and topics that relate to all things that enhance our life through meditation and ideas to help us in this world.  With all of the stress of our environment on us and our fellow animals we are going to have a journey where we can choose different paths and products that will help us relieve our stresses of these times.</p>
<p>I like to think of this passage as the way of John Lilly and his beautiful discourse of dolphins.<br />
I have found this you tube video to start out the site.  I know that many of you have spoken the cadences of the dolphin or porpoise.  Please share your video&#8217;s with this and for others any being that you see alive and take a video, place it here and we will watch the movements of the celestial sphere.<br />

<p>People everywhere are looking for ways to meditate, learn how to make time to enjoy life, keep our relationships positive and constructive and to take the risk to enjoy life to it&#8217;s fullest.</p>
<p>Hopefully, you will find the articles and posts about Yoga and some of the other techniques, such as breath techniques and stretching practices.</p>
<p>The blog is set for people to contribute there posts and ideas as we want this to be a blog for everyone.</p>
